As every year, the district assemblies of the Westphalian horse breeders will be held in 2025.
The members of the association form the district assemblies in the local authorities of the association's territory, from among whom a district chairman and his deputy are elected.
In particular, the district assemblies have tasks such as electing delegates for the delegates' assembly (one delegate and their representative for every 100 members or part thereof), organizing mare and foal shows, broodmare tests and young breeders' competitions, organizing selection dates for auction horses and holding lecture events and information trips.
