Our after-sales package
You receive a comprehensive service package with every purchase of an auction horse:
- Uncomplicated purchase transaction
- Coordination of the handover between buyer and seller
- Arranging contacts with transport companies for transport within and outside Germany
- Preparation of transport documents (TRACES, customs, etc.)
- Insurance of the horses after the auction purchase (you will find more detailed information and the period of insurance cover in the auction catalogues)
- Possibility of continued insurance for your horse
Creation of current photo and video impressions of the horse
The Westfälisches Pferdestammbuch also offers its expertise and experience after the auction: We will be happy to put you in touch with rearing centres, riding and training stables and advise you on further training or planned breeding tests for your new horse. We are very interested in the welfare and whereabouts of our auction horses and therefore look forward to your feedback.
