With our in-depth expertise, we can help you prepare for performance tests for riding horses and riding ponies.
This includes targeted preparation for mare and stallion performance tests (riding breed) as well as support in preparing for mare shows. The prerequisites for taking part in a test are the required vaccinations against influenza and tetanus as well as membership of the Westfälisches Pferdestammbuch e. V. (Westphalian Stud Book).
Several one-day field tests for mares (riding horses, riding ponies and Haflingers) take place at our horse centre. On the combined dates, the mares can be presented on the triangle before completing the performance test for entry into the studbook.
1. practising problem-free mounting by rider or external rider
2. presentation in the three basic gaits, walking in balance on the hoof, circling and changing through the whole arena
3. weekly training in free jumping to train balance and body awareness

3. cross-country jumping
4. course jumping
Station and short tests for pony stallions are held every year in autumn
Note:
Studs taking part in the station test must not be stabled at the equestrian centre 100 days before the test.
