18.000 euros for daughter of Escamillo

Price statistic of the 90th Online Auction 

Münster: 20 fillies were up for sale in this 90th Westphalian Online Auction. The most expensive offer was the Escamillo/Fürstenball-daughter Elüde W with the head number 12. She was knocked down for a hammer price of 18,000 euros.

A total of 20 fillies from the 2025 vintage were up for sale in the 90th online auction of the Westphalian Studbook. The lot of 16 dressage oriented foals was completed by three pony foals and one foal with a jumping pedigree. All auction candidates impressed with their quality, pedigree and outstanding development. 70 per cent of the foals on offer found a new owner this evening. The foals predispositioned for dressage achieved an average price of 7,500 euros. Four of the foals sold were knocked down to customers outside of Germany

Head number 12 Elüde W (breeder and exhibitor: Herbert Werth, Moers) aroused the greatest desires in this auction lot. The strong-moving filly comes from an embryo transfer mating of the Grand Prix successful Escamillo with the competition successful Future of W. This daughter of Fürstenball was a finalist in the 2016 Bundeschampionat and was also successfull in dressage competitions up to medium (M) level. 13 bidders from four nations tried in 42 bids to win the auction for this filly. Customers from the Netherlands had the longest breath in the end. The virtual hammer fell at today's top price of 18,000 euros. 

Head number 1 Pretty and Proud DW (breeder and exhibitor: Daniela Werheit-Wagemeyer, Havixbeck) fell just short of the 10,000 euro mark. The daughter of the young stallion Proud James bred out of Dior by De Niro descents from the dam line of the licensed and Grand Prix successful stallion Depardieu. She found her new owners in Germany at the hammer price of 9,750 Euros.
