This week the long-time state stud stallion Ehrenstolz v. Ehrentanz/Ferragamo bred by Heinz Schütte was released at the age of 21. He was a candidate for the 31st NRW Elite Spring Auction, winner of the “Westphalia Coat of Arms” and took part in the Federal Championships twice. Ehrenstolz is placed high up to the difficult class. His breeding value for young horse tests was calculated at 131. The breeding value for tournament sport dressage is again 126, with offspring that are successful up to class S. Ehrenstolz always causes a stir, especially with his daughters. As a matter of honor, he also produced a licensed son.
For many years, Ehrenstolz was an indispensable part of displays at the Warendorf stallion parades and at international venues such as the CHIO in Aachen. Last year he led the traditional Jacobowski quadrille under the first saddle master Torsten Kneupper.
TG seeds are still available to breeders.
